Peter offers over 35 years of business development experience in resource management, permanent and contract placement, outsourcing of Information Technology and executive search.
He founded and established National Executive in 1984 to offer permanent and contract placement services to Fortune 500 companies across Canada. Driving the company’s business development, Peter trained staff, established the executive search practice and was Managing Partner from 1984 to 2005.
From 2005 to present, Peter has been working as an independent consultant partnering with technology companies on business development and talent acquisition requirements.
In association with TNT Justice Consulting, Peter acts as a bias testing facilitator in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space. TNT Justice Consultants are a group of notable professionals that come from an array of Justice, Social, Community and Educational backgrounds to support and improve workplace excellence.
